Restoria is a living, breathing hostel and community space designed to host intentional gatherings while continuing to welcome overnight guests. We offer a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces that work well for workshops, classes, small celebrations, meetings, film screenings, and community events.
Before filling out the event inquiry form, we invite you to read the overview below so you have a clear sense of pricing, privacy options, and what hosting an event at Restoria is like.
Start with the Inquiry Form
All events begin with our inquiry form. This helps us understand your vision, recommend the right spaces, confirm availability, and share accurate pricing and expectations before moving forward.
Privacy & Buyouts
If you’re seeking full privacy (no hostel guests in shared spaces), you’ll need to plan for a full house buyout of the area you wish to use.
Full house buyouts start at $750–$800 per house, per night
Buyouts are fully private and allow for more flexible timing
If guests are already booked for your target dates, the event host is responsible for covering any costs required to relocate or cancel those reservations
If a full buyout isn’t part of your plan, events are considered semi-private:
Hostel guests may still access common areas
We notify guests that an event is happening
Events typically wrap up by 10pm, unless otherwise planned and agreed upon in advance
Hourly Space Rentals
(2-hour minimum recommended)
Outdoor Pavilion (electric, grill, firepit/fireplace): $45/hr
Backyard House Common Room & Kitchen (projector included): $65/hr
Front House Common Areas & Kitchen: $75/hr
Yoga Deck: $25/hr
Hostel guests receive a 30% discount on hourly rates.
Guest Count & Shared Space Policy
Hourly rentals include a small number of attendees (generally 2–6 people, not including you), depending on the space.
Additional guests are $5 per person
Clear caps apply per space to keep things comfortable for everyone
Any guest on the property who is not part of an Airbnb reservation must complete our liability waiver:

Because Restoria is a shared environment, we prioritize events that align with a respectful, community-minded atmosphere.
