Welcome to Restoria Hostel. We are excited to host you during your upcoming stay. To better serve your needs we would like to give and receive important information to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

This form must be completed by each guest prior to your stay with us to ensure all guests on the property have been properly informed of and agree too our property terms and conditions.

Restoria Hostel Guest Policy:
1. All guests must complete this form separately to receive guest pass.
2. All guests must provide a copy of state or government issued ID to host upon arrival.
3. All guests over the reservation booked amount, will be charged a $5.00 fee for 4 hours.
