Visiting Restoria Hostel

Welcome to Restoria, We’re here to provide a blend of hostel hospitality, nature retreat, and community gathering space. Please read these House Guidelines & Instructions before your visit.
Authorized Guests Only Please.
Every person staying at Restoria must have a reservation or be a added to a reservation. Even though some of bed and room listings at Restoria allow for more than one person, each individual additional guest is $15 more per guest per night and must sign our waiver. If you try and bring someone and don’t have 2 people listed on your reservation you will be charged. Please check in with the host and receive explicit permission from the host and confirmation that the waiver has been completed to receive a guest pass. If you would like to have a guest that is not staying the night, please invite your guest to fill out the waiver and pay $5 per guest for a 4 hour hang out time, please respect the quite hours on the property and consider that there are other guests staying on the property who are also here to rest and recharge.
Parking
- Please respect the neighbors, please park as much as you can away from their houses and driveways and please no littering on the street in front of their houses, look for trash bins.
- Guests may park in the paved lot along the sides. Park neatly alongside other cars to allow for people to maneuver around .
- Overflow parking may be available on the loop road, please keep in mind that there is a silver fire hydrant right there that will need to be accessed in an emergency details provided when you book.
- No parking in front of the electric car chargers for an extended amount of time without checking with Dylan and the hostel [email protected]
House & Grounds Rules
- Both houses are shared community spaces. Clean up after yourself in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Noise curfew: Please keep amplified music down after 10 PM until 12pm the next day. Acoustic jams around the fire are welcome (with respect for sleeping guests).
- No unauthorized guests. Everyone staying here must have a reservation or explicit permission. Share the booking link and waiver and guidelines.
- No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking spots only.
- Please be mindful of nature, we’re a forest retreat. Leave gates to the pool closed, respect gardens, and watch for frogs and wildlife.
Food & Drink
- Shared kitchens are available, label your food if you don’t want to share it with others, respect shelf space, and wash dishes promptly.
- We are a community of wellness, but not restrictive: cook what you like, and please respect other guests food choices.
- Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Please be respectful of shared spaces and others’ comfort and your recycling and trash because of it.

- Tent & Van Campsites
Beds range from twin, full, queen, to king. Please book your bed or room through Airbnb or official listings.

Community Standards
- “Leave No Mess” “Pack in Pack out”, clean up before you leave a space.
- Stash bags out of the way (not on counters or in communal kitchens).
- Please don’t put anything besides toilet paper in toilets, plumbing is delicate.
- Be resourceful: labels and signs will guide you. Look before you ask.
Pets
- Friendly pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas only and preferably leashes, please pick up after your dog.
- Pets may not enter houses: ask “[email protected] advance if traveling with animals and for special cases, we do offer a $15 per dog fee only available on our private room and private bus bookings.
Sound Guidelines
- Please keep volumes aligned with the time of day. Late-night quiet is appreciated.
Location & Access
- We’re located in Grove Park, Atlanta, GA, a short car ride to the Beltline and 10-15min to downtown, yet surrounded by trees.
- We are a 3 min drive from the Bankhead MARTA station and there is also a public bus from the MARTA station to the top of our street Edwin Place and it is about a half mile walk from the bus stop at the top of the street.

Hosting Philosophy
Restoria is built on 8 years of hosting experience. Our goal is to create a space where travelers can rest, recharge, and connect, whether you’re passing through Atlanta, gathering with friends, or seeking a short retreat.
Things to add
- BOTTLES and CUPS: Bring a water bottle. There are 3 filtered water dispensers onsite. There are lots of bottles to borrow above the oven if you need.
