As a guest or participant at Restoria Hostel, I acknowledge that my stay and participation in activities on this property are voluntary. I understand that the property features a swimming pool, outdoor areas, shared communal facilities, and optional adventure or recreational elements (including, but not limited to, slacklining, highlining, yoga, workshops, camping, and outdoor gatherings).
I acknowledge that these activities carry certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, drowning, injuries from recreational or athletic activities, exposure to weather and wildlife, and interactions with other guests. I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and behavior while on the property.
Assumption of Risk and Release
In consideration of being permitted to stay at or participate in activities at Restoria Hostel, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Georgia Fern LLC, its owners, officers, agents, volunteers, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
- My use of the facilities, pool, or property;
- My participation in any hostel, social, or recreational activity; or
- The negligence or acts of other guests or participants.
This release applies to any injury (including death), property damage, or loss I may suffer, whether caused by the negligence of the property owners or others.
Pool and Water Use
I understand that pool use is unsupervised and swim-at-your-own-risk.
- No lifeguard is on duty.
- Glass containers, alcohol, or diving are not permitted near the pool.
- Children or minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of my stay without refund.
- I assume full responsibility for my safety and agree to follow all posted pool and property rules.
Adventure & Recreational Activities
Slacklining, highlining, and related activities involve significant risk, including falls and serious injury. I agree that participation is optional and at my own discretion. I will not attempt to use or rig any slackline or highline without proper supervision or training. I assume all risk of these activities and release Georgia Fern LLC from any related liability.
Health & Insurance
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that prevents me from participating safely in hostel activities. I understand that Restoria Hostel does not provide health or accident insurance and that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred during my stay.
Photography & Media Consent
I consent to the use of photos, videos, or other media taken on the premises for promotional or documentation purposes by Restoria Hostel or Georgia Fern LLC.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia. If any portion of this waiver is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
I have read this entire waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that by staying at Restoria Hostel, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. My stay with Restoria Hostel is voluntarily and without inducement.
If under 18 years old you must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over. No Exceptions
